I represent and warrant that I have the right to enter into this agreement and that the rights granted to ROBOTMEDIA PRESENTS will not violate or infringe upon any right of any person or entity. I indemnify ROBOTMEDIA PRESENTS from and against any and all third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to any breach by me of this Agreement.
